Lovely Merdelus, MBA, is a strategist, entrepreneur, and speaker whose life's work is rooted in one conviction: too much brilliance is lost. As Program Manager for Digital Access at Mass General Brigham — the largest private employer in Massachusetts, serving over 1.25 million patients — she leads equity-centered programs that have delivered digital health access to more than 16,000 patients across underserved communities, in seven languages.

She is the founder of Health First At Home, Principal Consultant of Eleven59 Inc., and creator of Produce Your Genius — a coaching and speaking platform for overlooked, overqualified, and under-amplified professionals. She co-hosts The Financial Griot podcast.
