About Lovely
Strategist. Entrepreneur. Speaker.
Rooted in testimony, built for impact.
Lovely Merdelus is a strategist, entrepreneur, and speaker whose life's work is rooted in one conviction: too much brilliance is lost.
"A moment doesn't have to become your state of mind or your state of being."
Born in Haiti and raised in South Florida by a single mother, Lovely knows what it means to build something from very little — and to keep building even when the ground shifts beneath you. At 18, the same year she entered college, her mother suffered a devastating stroke. That moment could have ended everything. Instead, it forged a woman who understands, at a cellular level, the cost of a dream deferred.
Lovely went on to finish her undergraduate degree — every final semester on the dean's list — and earned her MBA. Today she serves as Program Manager for Digital Access at Mass General Brigham, leads her strategy and innovation consultancy Eleven59 Inc., and founded Health First At Home, a personal care agency in Waltham, Massachusetts. She is the creator of Produce Your Genius, a coaching and speaking platform for overlooked, overqualified, and under-amplified professionals, and co-hosts The Financial Griot podcast.
Lovely speaks at the intersection of identity, resilience, and possibility — not from theory, but from the testimony of a woman who chose, again and again, to act before she felt ready. She calls herself an Architect of Possibility. Her audiences leave believing they are one too.
Book Lovely to speak →Whether you need a speaker who moves rooms, a coach who transforms lives, or a facilitator who shifts teams — the work is rooted in one belief: your genius deserves to be produced.
Produce Your Genius is both a framework and a philosophy — built for overlooked, overqualified, and under-amplified professionals who know they're built for more. It's not about doing more. It's about finally operating from your full capacity, inside your career and, more importantly, your full life.
Start Your JourneyLovely inspired me to pursue what I've limited for myself for a long time. It transformed how I saw my work and most importantly my life.
Lovely isn't just a coach — she's mirroring her process on what it means to be human and want more without apologizing for it. My genius wasn't in getting more but finding out what it meant for me to actually produce work that made me proud. I was no longer shrinking. I was standing in my own.
At first I didn't feel that I needed this work. But walking away from the workshop I couldn't but stand in awe. I learned how much I was giving up on my potential. The clarity I walked away with changed how I viewed my industry and where I fit in the big picture. I'm back on field — not on the sidelines.
"The world cannot afford to keep losing brilliant people to silence, circumstance, or self-doubt."
